1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This includes:

• Workbooks

• Other downloadable resources

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Downloads

If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact me through the contact form. I am happy to help troubleshoot the issue and ensure you receive your product.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact me through the contact form with proof of both transactions. In such cases, I can refund you the cost for the additional product(s).

4. Unauthorized Sharing or Misuse

If I identify unauthorized sharing, distribution, or misuse of products, your access to current and future purchases will be revoked without refund and there will be legal proceedings to follow, as per the Terms of Service.
